Freaky Friday 8/31/2007

What is this feeling I am having here? Is it panic? Is it malaise? Is it drunken malnutrition? Normally I would have Freaky Friday to distract me, but I just cannot seem to get into it these days. I blame the house. And all the projects.

Freaky Friday is on hiatus until further notice. I may branch out from the paranormal to the simply weird, or weird to me, which may or may not be the same thing. Or I may never post a Freaky Friday again. I just don't know.

So sorry. Will you be okay?

• FURRY REAPER. Oscar the cat predicts when nursing home patients are going to die by curling up next to them before they expire. Or does he? (Shh...Skepchick is sick Sick SICK of hearing about the Death Cat so keep it down, will you?)
• FORMER TELEVANGELIST TAMMY FAYE BAKKER MESSNER DEAD AT 65 of cancer. She was possessed by the devil, hence the paranormal tie-in. (If you don't believe me, check out the picture at the link. Scary!) via
• CHRISTIANS MAD AT HARRY POTTER. Again. Though the byline shows a different name, the article was clearly written by Rita Skeeter. And you know what that means. via

I felt compelled to include this link because it is simply the most boring story involving a psychic I have ever read. The psychic is not actually named and, in fact, barely mentioned but the police chief's mom is very excited to see her son on a TV show. via
